Ickle bubbas return policy

Ickle Bubba is committed to offering a high level of customer care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt either by returning the item yourself or we can organise collection on your behalf, with the collection fee deducted from your refund amount.

To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be unused. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery and adequately insure the goods if organising the return yourself.

In the unlikely event of an issue, the Ickle Bubba Customer Care team will always look to find the best and quickest solution that suits your individual needs. 

Returning nursery bedding and décor

Please note, we offer a 90 day returns policy for all nursery bedding, décor, and soft goods. If you have an issue with any of your items, please arrange a refund in the normal way and make sure to keep your proof of purchase for reference. 


Refunds will be decided through the above processes and in line with the specific consumer rights and policies in Australia.

If you have purchased through the Ickle Bubba website, a collection will be arranged and once the item is received at the warehouse and checked to meet the criteria, the refund will be authorised.

If you have purchased through a retailer, and it meets the retailer’s criteria and policy, a collection will be arranged and once the item is received at the warehouse and checked, Ickle Bubba will raise a credit note and notify the retailer to authorise the refund.

How to arrange a refund

If you would like to return your goods or organise and exchange, You will need the original order number as proof of purchase.

Your product is covered under our normal warranty terms after the 14 day cooling off period.

Repairs, replacements and returns

The Ickle Bubba Customer Care team may decide that after exploring all options, that the items or an item needs to be repaired, replaced and/or returned.

Faulty Goods

We will refund or exchange any item that develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will replace free of charge any item that develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days of delivery and within the guarantee period.

There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
